The garage

When we first visited the house we were not aware that included with the house and land there is a small garage about 25 metres down the road, we plan to use it for the moment for storing materials and eventually it will be converted into (no not the Moulin rouge) a small chalet for friends and family to stay in when they come to visit us subject to planning approval, at the moment it is full to the brim with all sorts of stuff so it will need emptying and cleaning out before we can even think of using it for anything.
